How it works

The grid everyone knows, without the paper.

No poster board, no chasing people to write their names in, and no squinting at the numbers.

Pick the template

Start from the Football Squares template. All 100 squares are loaded, from A1 to J10, along with the scoring.

Claim your squares

Invite your group and take turns claiming squares until the grid is full. Everyone sees each square as it's taken.

Score each quarter

Draw the row and column numbers once the grid is full. After the game, mark the square that matches each quarter's score.

Scoring

Four chances to win, and the final counts double.

A square wins when its numbers match the last digit of each team's score at the end of a quarter.

Super Bowl squares questions

The grid has 100 squares, with one team along the rows and the other along the columns. Everyone claims squares until the grid is full, and only then are the numbers 0 to 9 drawn for each row and column. When a quarter ends, the square whose numbers match the last digit of each team's score wins that quarter.
After the grid is full, the commissioner fills in each row's and column's number, drawing them from a hat or any other fair way your group likes. Because the numbers come after the squares are claimed, nobody can pick a lucky square.
Your group decides. The squares are handed out in turns, and if 100 doesn't divide evenly, some people take one more than others.
Yes. The grid works for any football game. Put the two teams' names on it and play.
Setting up is free. Create the group, invite everyone and configure the grid without paying anything, and your first scoring session is free too. Running the full 100-square draft is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. See pricing.
