Draft Sales Leads or Accounts
OnlineDraft can help your organization divide sales leads or sales accounts. Simple load the data into our system and then add your draft participants (sales representatives or executives). Each participant can rank the leads/accounts before the draft begins. The Draft is run on your terms and results are available immediately and can be downloaded. 1 Load your Items
Sign up and then load your leads or accounts from a spreadsheet or enter them.
2 Set Up Your Draft
Enter the draft participants (sales representatives / executives) into the system and set the selection order. All participants will be able to review and rank the leads or accounts before the selection begins.
3 Start the Draft
Start when you are ready. Participants can be together or access remotely from their device. Take as long as you need.
Sign up for a free account with your email address. Then start a group.
Importing is easy. Either load the leads/accounts from a spreadsheet or add them by image.
Add Draft Participants by email address. If needed, you can add neutral people or administrators who are not "IN" the draft but can observe. This administrators can also set up and control to group.
Use our tools to quickly build the draft order. The order is completely customizable and can reflect different ownership percentages or whatever requirements your organizations has.
With our simple ranking system, we make it easy for each draft participant to get ready for the draft. Participants can sort the accounts or leads at any time before the draft. The rankings will be present at the Draft and participants can even choose AutoDraft to have the system pick automatically from their highest ranked account or lead still available.
The Draft starts whenever you like. Participants can be notified of their turn by email and/or text message. When it is your turn, make a pick!
The Administrator maintains complete control of the draft and can pause or restart the draft at any moment. The Admin can pick for any draft participant and can skip or undo any picks.
Draft results are available immediately and can be downloaded to a spreadsheet.
Leads
If you need to allocate a lead list, use OnlineDraft. The administrator adds the leads, adds the sales represenatives, and then configures the draft. The Admin has complete control over the draft order and the draft.
Shifts
Selecting shifts can be a challenge. Using OnlineDraft makes it easy. Enter the available shifts and then enter your team members. Start the draft and fill all of the shifts!

Accounts
Similar to leads, load the accounts and the team members and start you draft!
Vacation Days
Choosing vacation days should be easier. With OnlineDraft, enter your vacations, add your partners, set your draft order (you set the order so can factor in seniority or anything else), and then start your draft.
