If you feel you require a refund (e.g. problem with the service, the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by contacting us. Go to the HELP section and open a support case. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.
If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.
Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 7 days have passed from the order date. If you have a problem, let us know ASAP. We will likely be able to help.
